The site is so sluggish, that it is unplayable for me. I've sent them numerous emails about it. Each time, they respond that they are working on it. Today, I finally called them and they had me send an email from their "Browser Info" page. We'll see if that amounts to anything.
I've lost track of how many times I've cleared my cache and uninstalled/reinstalled their software from various browsers. The performance is the same on the 3 different computers I use (including one brand new computer), so I know the issue isn't on my end.
When you have 9 guys at a table - all struggling with the software - it's like playing poker at a nursing home.
