Bovada Service rep please respond!

You guys had a small promo stating that if you earn 20 poker points you receive $20. Earned th e by a longshot and still no bonus. What gives?

I must have missed that promo...

Some times you don't get the free money until the following Tuesday or something like that.

It happened to me but the bonus did eventually come threw.

And correction. The promo was "Earn 20 poker points in a day and receive an 11 dollar ticket
