Bovada Poker Review

Bovada is structured a lot like the former bodog. However, they are far from the same. If you get anything from this post, stay away from Bovada! Payouts take forever and customer service is terrible. I recently signed up for a higher buy-in tournament and was unable to access the tournament! I called Bovada, who informed me that 'it's too bad and that they would not refund my tournament fee'. I have top of the line PC and internet by the way, so I don't think this software error was due to my negligence. Their software is flawed and their customer service is even worse. I know there are bad reviews on about every site these days, but I would definitely try another poker site.

I must disagree, Ive had no issues with them. But I will wait to comment further as I have made a large withdrawl (to me that is) of $500 last week and will let you know when it arrives. But I have had them give me bonuses and refunds manually if I ever had an issue with them. I was with bodog for 3-4 years and bovada since day 1. Ill keep you informed on the withdrawl .. how long did it take to get yours?
