Bovada not crediting account

hey guys. have a problem. I played some poker last night, but on my last table i had an issue. i closed out of the game, bought in for 5 closed out at 16 but my account was never credited. i know sometimes it takes a bit to update the balance, but i check it today and still my 16 has not been pu back into my account. i looked in the cash history and it shows that i bough in for 5 but doesn't say anything about a table cash out. i was playing on my buddy's laptop at his house on my account. i emailed bovada but have yet to hear anything from them. i know their customer support is pretty good, i have dealt with them in the past. but if this cannot be fixed i will be done with that site. i closed out it said do you want to leave this table i clicked yes leave or whatever it is, my money should be in my account.

They are having a lot of problems, I cant even get into my account cause it keeps saying I have the wrong username/password. Anyone else having this problem

yeah, and last week the site was down for about 4 hours. maybe we will hear from the bovada rep on this site

& they still haven't responded to my email, normally it's a quick response. im just hoping they dont pull some bullsh*t and say well theres no history of you cashing out on that table so we cant help... that's not my fault and needs to be corrected

THink bovada will credit you the lost money.
I lost some in Zoom but Bovada send me email and credit the money back.
think they are fixing the problem.

It is OK now, similar problem early today.

I wouldn't worry about it, they can see exactly what happens with money so I am sure they will fix it, its probably just a glitch.

they emailed me as well as messaged me on here and credited my account. once again satisfied with their customer support

I can say they have screwed me over many, many times. I am glad you got what you wanted and are satisfied, but be careful.
