Bovada - Mystery Month

Hey guys,

I was just curious what bonus everyone was given for this promotion. I'm a tournament player, so points aren't as easy to come by. I was roughly 60 points short of tier 2 so I threw away some money in the cash games to hopefully strike a decent bonus.

Obviously I was given the $7.70 useless tournament ticket.

What did you receive?

There was a post on 2p2 about this. It was about 80% received the freeroll ticket. Makes you think how "random" it really is.

Earn points and get random prizes. Its not a very good bonus this month. IMO I think most of their promotions are pretty terrible. The traffic on this site is HUGE now compared to 1-2 years ago. It is the #1 USA site by far, and I feel like they are still pretty cheap with what they give away.

i really do want to try Bovada again, I played bodog here and there and tried Bovado once when it was new. I don't have any idea of my passphrase or secruity question anser... They need proof of identity I imagine, I was given a phone number to call for further assistance... this was a good gesture.. it took six hours to hear back.

I woke up today with $10.00 extra in my account, so I assume It was the bonus, unless I played poker in my sleep, and won exactly $10.00 . I would think they would send an email, but oh well

I qualified for the tier 1 prize and got a freeroll ticket as well.

i lost about $19 this week and got myself a $162 ticket for sunday! while i agree that bovada pays back their players very lightly, im satisfied with this for now. Seems they have alot of traffic.

waaaaaa...not to mention that ive been sharing their "peopls parlay" on facebook for the past few weeks, last night i noticed that i was 30 minutes last on sharing the post to qualify and see now that it hit!! argghhhh.

I've gotten the Tier II bonus for the last 3 weeks. The bonus I've received is $10, $11 tourney ticket, and $10 bonus. They probably are weighting them towards the smaller prizes. I can't say I blame them lol

week 1 - tier 1 - 5k freeroll
week 2 - tier 1 - 5 dollars
week 3 - tier 2 - 10 dollars


it would be nice for them to give odds of winning each prize ...but they don't have much competition for us players...

Yea, it'd be REALLY sweet if they laid out the odds for each prize. Even adding more exact info on each tier and whether there would/could be a better prize given or if youre just stuck in whatever tier you end up making it to. Bovada hosts so many good games imo, comparing traffic with other potential US sites and all. Hate seeing them be so dam stingy with the 'nero
