Hello Everyone,
I am FURIOUS.
I rang Bovada CS about an issue/query and was told that my Account has Mr. instead of MS. with my name.
I have a feminine voice and am able to verify all Security Questions, Financial, Name Address, name of my 1st Dog etc.
I think it is RIDICULOUS to freeze an Account due to some Gender specific mix up. Also, My name is obviously female and there are no male equivelants.
I then get told that I am lucky this issue is being expedited because normally such an IMPORTANT, HIGH SECURITY RISK ****ING ISSUE would take 24-48 Hours! I was not even withdrawing money! This freezing of my Account occured when the CS rep. I was speaking with noticed it!
I am so ANGRY that I am taking my money out and closing the Account WHICH SUCKS as I am a USA player and don't have many choices.
Freezing an Account due to some minor gender error is just INSANE. AND this happens after I deposit the money???? Not for three years before?
