i do guess that if there are outstanding tickets, and no fault of your own like expired, they should credit the acount with the value of the ticket. i have been credited coins once when
pacific poker many moons ago didnt have enough intertest in a special tourney they were doing. because it was a flop they just credited us with the value(
entry fee) of the final if it had player out.
