Hi, my name is Jake. I tried logging into the Bovada poker client and it says it cannot complete it at this time. So then I tried to log in to through there website and it says my account does not exist..... So then I tried calling customer support and nobody answered the call. Lastly I tried to send a message through there site, but it would not even process that. Is the site down? Does anybody else have this going on? I got a check in 4 days today from over the weekend, it wouldn't let me deposit through the ATM, but at the teller it went in no problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
As some of you have mentioned.. some operators are reporting issues with players being unable to login, join tournaments, cash games, etc. The network is aware of these issues, and they are being worked on.
Well I am glad it isnt just an issue with me, however idk why they would do 'maintenance' during peak weekday times. I was top 20 in 2 tournaments I was in too. I don't think them just refunding my buy in is going to be good enough but they better at least do that as I am sure other people, that didnt log out to try and register into another tournament like I did, were still able to play and blinds were high in one of the tournaments.
I got through to customer service at 720 EST and they said they are aware of problem and hopefully fixed within an hour.... getting close to that hour.....
Yeah no clue, I was doing hot playing some cash games and then it just kind of froze so I logged out and couldn't get back in. Ohh well was dying to go on a long session. Hopefully it gets fixed quick so I can get back at it.
Dank, you just tilted me by me not getting in on that quick cash. Assuming they will just refund there rebuy. There is no way I think they will just give away 2k like that.
