Bovada insists it's my Internet connection also. I know that it is not. Bovada is the only poker site that I have this problem at.

Same issues here. I was also playing in a $5 rebuy and the tournament crashed. They refunded all the buy ins and rebuys

I had that issue last year at Bovada when I first signed up. I disconnected so often it was not worth playing I lost out on far too many hands and if I got in heads up and it started happening, I was screwed. I talked to their support teams countless times and they told me it had to be my Internet. All other sites worked fine and I had DSL Internet that I used for work so I knew my Internet was fine & by any of the standard type of tests (speed, jitter, latency) that you would typically run it was fine as well. I moved to a new location and switched ISPs (I now have cable Internet which is not as good as my old connection) and Bovada works fine.

Obviously something with my old Internet was causing the issue but I have not a clue what it was.

If you'd really like to get to the bottom of it and have a laptop, I'd go steal McD's or Starbucks Wifi or something and see if your experience is different.

This is different though because many many many people that do not usually have disconnect issues are having them today. Bovada is even cancelling tournaments which shows they know they are at fault and it is happening to the majority of their player base.

Was that tournament fees? I hope I get refunded from my cash games because I got booted from 4 5NL tables at once while in hands at 2 of them and it happened again when I rebooted. I then tried 25NL zoom with 2 tables and happened to be in a hand on both tables when I dc'd and lost around $20 all together from this.

Yeah, I told them if I am not refunded I am making a full withdrawl because it is ridiculous tbh. I was already planning to play on Carbon so this is just speeding up the progress. I did want to keep money on both sites but probably wont now.

Yes, yesterday some times.
in Zoom, auto muck some of my hands....
think because of the traffic.
would say most of the time, Bovada has the best network conectivity, better than Carbon.[carbon is good as well.]

Bovada is still deflecting and not being honest about the disconnect issues that they have. How can everyone have "internet connection problems."
