Full Tilt. They run a raft of 90 seat ones marked with a K in bold. Lowest one is $3, then $6, $10 (they might have switched this to $12) and a $24.
There was talk of a $69 game too, but I think these are just run in the tourney's from time to time, instead of run as a SnG like the others.

There's a lot of bounty tournaments on Carbon and the Cake network. Carbon even has some crazy gambool bounty sngs.. Where half your buyin goes towards a bounty that can be won. It changes the game alot. People will go all in with very very, weak hands in 3way all in pots if there's any chance they can knock out 2 players and win their buyin back.

I believe most of the sites on the Merge Network have a lot of bounty tournaments. I used to play them all of the time until I cashed out all of my Merge accounts. They even used to have a Bounty Leaderboard, where you would get ranked based upon how many people you knocked out and what their rankings were(supposedly like chess rankings?) and at the end of the month, the top 100 or something people would get a big freeroll, can't remember how much it was, probably like $5000... but those bounty games were fun, you could get 2nd or 3rd place and still make more than 1st if you knocked more people out.
