If you are running vista, right click on the icon and make sure you are running as administrator.
I had that problem when I downloaded an update and had to go re set it.

i keep trying i shut down my computer 500 times and uninstalled it and downloaded it again
I can't get it to run on Windows 3.1x either... CRAP!!!!!!!!!1
