Bodog Poker site help

i;m having trouble tring to loading bodog poker and play i have downloaded 3 times and i can;t get it to work it wont let me play money tourney or any private tourney i have called support and with no help anyone know why it wont work i;m using Mic, solf 2000 windows

delete the whole program from your computer and then redownload

Remove the program from the uninstaller and run CCleaner or Registry Mechanic. Reboot and Re-download from bodoglife.com.
