I know Stars shows how many players are online on their software, but I've never found it on BD's software. However, I happened to notice this on their site tonight... (much lower than Stars)

That's about all they ever have. bodog really is much smaller than Stars or FT but the games are usually very fishy.

Yeah that's what I also keep hearing. If they offered more than 3 simultaneous tables at ring games, mac support, AND PT3 would capture the site, THEN I'd check it out.

Bodog is a medium-sized site. There are a lot of other smaller ones, but the really big ones (Stars, FT, Ipoker, Party) all routinely have at least 5 times as many players as Bodog.

Whether this is a good or bad thing depends on your interest. If you are primarily a Ring Game or STT player, more traffic means more choice of tables, which is good.

However, if you are an MTT player, the really big sites arguably have too much traffic. Their tournaments tend to have larger fields and take noticeably longer to play, which may be inconvenient and may actually mean that one`s options are fewer.

Being a smaller site you would expect the bad beats to be less, but unfortunatly they stll happen just as much.
