Bodog customer service sucks
I used to play on Bodog until about a year ago and when I saw the CC freerolls
are starting there I thought I'd download it and try it again.
I downloaded the software, installed it but when I go to launch in nothing is there, I get the message "windows is trying to find the file Bodog.co.uk". This is strange, I have never had this happen before.
I tried a couple more times but with no success, so I have just had a live chat with them which was basically I told them my problem and then:
Agent: we have had no reports of any problems on our site or with our updates.
Me: well, that doesnt really help me does it?
Agent : No, please check your internet connection.
Me : My internet connection is fine, or else how could I be talking to you.
Agent: thats true, please uninstall and install the software again.
Me : I have done.
Agent : oh
Me : look it seems you cannot help me with my problem, I will play on another site (normally this spurs them into action).
Agent : no worries.
Normally sites will do anything to help you set up their software cos if you play there they make money, but not Bodog, pathetic. So it seems no Bodog freerolls for me
