It made me confused.I played in bodog tournament, the tournament lobby didnt show my chips rank when I am still in the battle.Only ranks I could see was those players who had already been knocked out.
Its not like cakepoker. My rank is shown all the time when playing.

If you open the "Tournament Progress" display, which is on the menu top right of the playing window, it shows you the current Largest, Average, and Smallest chip stack, which allows you to gauge your relative standing.

Forget cakepoker. Bodog is unlike any other site I've seen in this way. To me, it is not helpful to see the stack average, especially when it gets closer to bubble time. If you know the # of people that started, and the # remaining, stack avg is simple math. The only thing I can figure is that Bodog is a general gambling site, not first and foremost a poker site. And they don't give a rat's ass about improving their poker software. Have you ever gone into the sports betting section, and looked at mind-boggling myriad of detailed minutae there is to bet on within a single basketball game or series?

This is just one of the many things that make Bodog suck. I think it is the worst site I have played on. No, on second thought Pitbull is the worst but Bodog is a close second.

Let the mudslinging begin!!! LOL ... Not defending bodog BUT my ROI there is probably higher than any other site I play on (and I play many). You can see the individual table standings by clicking on a table . This will bring up the players at that table and there chip stacks. You can then sort that list from highest to lowest . It's not perfect but it does give you a good idea where you stand versus other players in the tourney. Good luck all!!

Just because you find it fishier than most sites doesn't make it good. lol Don't get me wrong, I think it's far from the worst out there. There's plenty I like and respect about Bodog. For one, and this is a big one, I think they are the only big player with a toll-free number that always comes to the phone for all-around customer service, not just deposit issues. Even different phone #s for the sports book, casino, racing. I like the 'players card', and the pictire-in-picture for multi-tabling. Oh, and I like their sports betting. Poker, casino, NBA, MLB, NFL, everything from the same cashier too. But that clicking on each individual table to look at chips is cumbersome and unnacceptable. What is so damn hard to fix?

Thejuanupsman, have you ever played at UB? There is almost nothing that doesn't suck about them, except also being on the fishy side. Their joke of 'customer service' takes days before they get back to you. Then they don't come close to addressing your concern. At least Bodog doesn't boot you out of chat the second you bust out, with that needling reminder that rail is for depositers only. UB gives you less than a line and a half for chat, then you're typing blanks. And if you accidently enter chat when someone is all-in, it disappears and you have to type it all over again. Bodog even allows chat when someone is all-in. :p

Bodog is busy, no time to help their customers.

Can you explain what you mean? How many times have you called them? I'd say I probably called them about a 1/2 dozen times and always got someone right away, never even put on hold, which would not even be a terrible thing, especially for a toll-free #.
