:hello: :help: Hope someone can help this "Old Poker Player".:hmmmm2: Have a problem when on line to figure out if someone is bluffing or not. If I have a good hand I'll stay and call their raise or bump it up,next time they go all in. If I think it's the better hand I might stay if I do stay another(usually 3 of us) they'll go all in if higher than me (in money rank). If I back out it's a big bluff and they show. Think I'm playing to tight. Any answers or does any one have this problem. I know poker is a big gamble but I take it seriously. Don't have this problem when playing face to face. Thanks :wavey: :goodnight

Know when to fold 'em. And many times you fold the winning hand. Its over..go onto the next hand.

I would say 9 time out of 10 - most people play their cards honestly. And once you know someone is bluffing and they actually show you - they are more than likely trying to tell you to call them next time -- when they have a huge hand. Its a trap. So play YOUR game, don't adjust it to someone elses.

Just pay attention to the board and your opponents tendencies. If you are in a game against maniacs just wait till you know you have em they will pay off your big hands if you are just patient. The old rule when in doubt is a pretty good one.
