blackchippoker ate my money

so i was playing onblackchippoker and decided to play the casino and joined blackjack. i was up quite a lot from what i bought in. buy in 20 up to 160 and then had a bad run and ended up losing 100 bucks on some big hands but i still left with 60....or so i thought because after waiting a half hour saw it never transferred back to poker. then go back to blackjack and its not there either. support says they cant check the records and i said all you need to see is the hand history(which i can see) and its clear i leave with at least 60 dollars...ill post it if anyone is interested....idk how its not enough evidence

I would screenshot everything and give all the info back to BCP support. Im sure that this could be handled if you show them all the info. Weird this happened though

Yeah definitely send them the screenshot. I have never heard of anybody ever having this problem before.

the thing is i dont see any of the usa rooms fighting for the u.s. player base. an error like this seems like something a legitimate operation would clear up instantly, i am really suspicious of all the us sites right now ,wont play ring anymore to much really fishy stuff going on, hope you get it back

Try to be polite with BCP and send to support service all informations you have, screenshoot and reclamation and I am sure that they will help you if they can and if they aee from all those informations you sent that chips are ate. Goodluck

I have dealt with the ACR and BCP customer support numerous times and they are very friendly, although one time I deposted and it was just a sketchy situation where they couldnt find my funds from WU, but then it ended up okay and I got my deposit.

Like other people have said I would screenshot all of the evidence and send it to them, but I am sure whatever you can see they can as well.. Call their customer support and talk with a rep and if they cant help you ask to speak with the manager.

Hopefully they are able to solve your problem!

I have been playing keno on BCP casino for fun when taking a break from poker.So far I have had no problems.

Before you jump to thinking it's a scam, you should really look to see if there has been a problem like this! It could also be he made an error in the amount he won/lost, i only say this since he did not post any proof on it!
Also HH should be on his computer for blackjack, that's if does get saved to his computer.

oh, sorry. I forgot i posted this. They took care of it quickly. I called casino support and he saw the funds that were stuck. I guess it wasnt very uncommon.
