Did Black Chip Poker Take my $4?

Here's the story:
I was playing a small private game on Black Chip Poker $2.20 buy in with rebuys.

I started the day with $5.28 in my account. I busted once and bought back in.
I won the tournament. The prize was $10. When I looked in my account, I had $6.28.

I contacted support. They circle jerked me for an hour and basically said hand count when you made a deposit. Subtract all your tournament entries and fees. See if you have any $$ left.

My question to them was...Can you buy into a $25 tournament with only $20 left in your account??
If you have $0 in your account but you are still playing a tournament and you win it, for $10, shouldn't you have $10 in your account??

I only played 1 tournament yesterday and have not played anything since.

After bitching and moaning they finally awarded me the $4 they took.
My balance is now $10.28.

Beware of this site. They are skimming off all of us and then will circle jerk you until you give up.

Wow, dude, that's ridiculous. I was actually laughing here with the chat, but I feel sorry for you.
You could always try again and hope you find someone with a slightly higher IQ.
Although I think they probably have to follow their protocol and cannot answer those questions.

Its so funny. On another poker forum, players are defending what they did. They did not put any money back into my account until I threatened to expose them. Should be cause for concern for all players!!

Alexis, I don't know if you know who I am, but to help you out, take a look at the big winner leaderboard (yeah, I'm on top)

I cleared $250k in profits last year so $4 doesn't mean crap to me. Its the principal bro.

When you look at biggest heists, its not the guys that took the largest $$ once that are difficult to find, its the ones that took a little from everyone over a long period of time. That's where the real money is at. And for a site to not say they would look into it, but instead offer every excuse in the book other than the most legit or easiest excuse...that should raise eyebrows.
