Black Chip freezing at sign up?

I downloaded Black Chip poker but it freezes up on the sign up screen. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

If using windows, then try to install from the administrator.

Ive only had problem not being able to open tournament lobbys.
If that happenes to you restarting the client normally works
