Black Chip or ACR?

I know they are the same network. Any differences? I have deposited once on BlackChip, and have won some freeroll change on ACR. Been awhile tho...mostly interested in quick payout if I have a good run in a tourney or good day on the SNG's....but any and all analysis i.e. softness, wait times for sng's, etc is appreciated.

ACR gives me a part of the rake back. Black chip doesn't. Both payout quick.
