Several days ago I posted a thread about Ultimate Bet changing my password and was getting NO reply from support.

BTW, they are email only, no phone. Yesterday, as an experiment, I created a new account there. When asked for the member who referred me, I used my former name (divebitch). Error message said member did not exist (!!!).
So I sent them a 5th email changing the subject line from 'invalid password' to 'my account was deleted'. I finally got a reply....
"Dear Ms. XXXXX,
Thank you for contacting us.
According to our records your account is active and in good standing.
You also have the amount of $17.35. However, your username was changed
since we receive several complains due to its nature. Your actually
username is:
T2037
We kindly ask you to provide three new username options (no longer than
13 alphanumerical characters) for us to make the change on your
account. Along with it, please send us the answer to your security question
What is your favorite pet's name?
Your user name will be changed to the first one available.
We look forward to your response.

Welllll, nice of them to change my name and not even let me know. My old password worked with T2037, and the money is there. But gawd, it took 5 emails and an entire week for someone to get back to me, inexcusable. But really..... 'several' complaints about my name?
