Better software?

Which do you guys think has better software, Carbon or Bovada? I've tried both and play more on carbon but I feel like I get rivered waaaay to often on like 2 card outs and such.. Am I paranoid or do other people feel like this? I feel like on full tilt it was much easier with AA actually holding up over KK lol.. Is Bovada any better?

Its tuff to get good software. If they add too much the software runs slow and stalls. If not it doesn't do enough. it's hard to get it just right

Yes, you are paranoid. The random number generators that handle the deal for both Carbon and Bovada are reasonable.

what your talking about actually isn't software but the random number generator. Actually, sites aren't rigged, the truth is, KK beats AA 19% of the time. That means you could get AA twice, and lose to KK both times, and it wouldn't be astronomically unreasonable. Horrible players who put in limited hands (i'll assume like yourself) continually fail to grasp this simple concept
Also, the actual software on both these sites is subpar. Bovada in particular is about as bad as it gets, with HUDS being illegal, anonymous players, and a 4 table max. At least carbon enables you to play more tables.

I played a live tourney last week and my aces got beat by 99. I'm pretty sure the deck was rigged

I prefer Bovada.

To answer the original question;

I prefer the Merge software with the exception of the tourney lobby update speed which seriously needs improvement, and has for years. I used to dislike the bodog software, but they have revamped that interface enough so that it doesn't bother me anymore. Some different themes would probably make my last remaining objections disappear.

Functionally, the Bovada software might be better for more Americans, but for me, they are functionally the same. I live with a stable hi speed cable connection.

I also play a mix of live and olp, and it has amazed me that I can NOT find a significant difference. Both are equally rigged.

For me carbon, why? because bovada is forbidden where i live so i can not use it,

but the best keep being pokerstars, then should be full tilt and probably 888
