BetOnline technical difficulties?

Anyone else having tech problems with BetOnline? I deposited money and can't transfer it from sportsbook to my poker wallet. Is anyone else having this problem or have experienced it in the past and know if/when it will be resolved? Got no help from customer service; they didn't have a timeframe.

i just joined this site myself last week. made a deposit and am eager to play, but like you, i can't transfer between wallets. and yeah, no eta on when it will be fixed. after doing more research, it looks like betonline isn't thought too highly of. and their cash-out seems to be a nightmare. again, this is based on what i've read. not personal experience. it looks like members on this site tend to recommend intertops, cake, and lock for US players. i think i'm going to try out intertops after i read up on it a little more.

I am encountering the same problems. I have experienced numerous problems from this site from software issues to simple transfer problems. i stupidly transferred everything but 10 bux from poker to sports and cannot for the life of me get it back in poker, i get the message 'you have exceeded the maximum number of transfers for this week' or some shit like that. they say they have no time frame, what a joke, i think im gona find another site to play on.

I play there but have had good service overall.

this was the last reply I got when asking the live chat assistant about the problem:

"Wilson: We are experiencing a Technical Problem with the Poker Network Provider. We are working to resolve the issue as fast as we can"

"Wilson: we do not have an specific timeframe but our IT department its almost getting into a resolution for the problem, but we dont know exactly when this whole process will be over, but it will be soon"

I am having the same problem and i am pissed! They are advertised as Class aaa poker room and 7-10 day payouts....thought id try them and now my money is stuck in sports book...cant even play poker! Going back to BOVADA there cashouts are extremely slow i have won over 3k in less than 2 weeks cant complain. fkkkkkk betonline its going on three days now no play.

This is ridiculous. They occasionally have glitches transferring, but nothing like this. I think betonline is lying. How can it be a technical problem that would take almost a week to figure out? How can they say they'll have a solution soon but not give us a timeframe? They're lying and I'm sick of it. I've only stayed this long because getting payouts via was moneygram was convenient for me, but not when they're telling me not to play while they find a solution to a problem they won't even define. I'm Jaded

BetOnline is rigging it hard. i too am like the person above, the money gram withdrawals were nice cause they were pretty fast, but they do charge like 28% on $100 but if u withdraw $800 they still charge 80 which is kind of whack but u get ur money fast. something is up i hope it doesnt have to do with the DOJ. what is strange is it allows you to transfer from poker to sports still... They are lying to us about something. Whats even more aggravating is that since i cannot play poker im focusing more attention on sports betting and in a 13 team parlay , $1 to win $278 i had 12/13, the LA Kings losing cost me, what a dagger.(not as bad as one time i had $1 to win >$1000 only to miss by one game in which the over /under was 5.5 and it went over with less than 4 minutes to play when i had the under, ill never forget that one. I am seeking some type of compensation from them, because before the software upgrade several months ago, i had been booted from half a dozen tournies because of their server issues and was never refunded the buy in because i could not provide the tournament number, when at the time they had no way of looking up tourney history. when i did actually take down the tourney number they said they would refund but never did. Ive heard other horror stories too about other players trying to make larger cashouts they get accused of chip dumping. This site is rigged. Hopefully they get their shit together or im going elsewhere.

I cant stand betonline, they need to improve a lot

I too am having the same problems from betonline and its been a few days now. If we use our common sense we have to know that of course betonline wants the issue fixed as soon as possible, because they are losing mass amounts of money every hour that its broken. I am sure they are doing the best they can. They are in the business of making money ya know..

I don't think they're loosing too much money. You can still log onto betonline and see that thousands of people are still playing poker. It seems only the few that were unlucky enough to have let their Poker wallet hit zero and have money in their sports wallet are missing out. Adding to that they probably make more money on the sports section of their site. While i do believe they want it fixed ASAP, I doubt there is a desperate need to fix this issue immediately.

They games are super dry and I couldn't work out why, but I guess this explains it. What exactly is going on? Problems with getting money into the poker side of the client?

they are refunding my money but told me if i did get a refund id never be able to use a credit card again to make deposits at any poker site cause ill be flagges

I too made the mistake of making a small deposit, and can't move it. The C/S person in live chat said it had been broken for a week, and they have 'NO Idea" of when it will be fixed.

THAT, MY FRIENDS, IS A TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE FOR ANY COMPANY TO TAKE!!

I thought it was sketchy that they needed my pass so i had this chat emailed to me just in case, but they actually fixed this for me in no time and all was cool! i even made 100$ off that 10$! but of course i lost it, (i know i suck lol) but anyways....

i deposit another 10$ and of course it was stuck too (this all happend in a few hours at most) so i ask customer service to transfer the money for me again, and now they say they CANT! they say there is nothing they can do, and when i mention that they JUST TRANSFERED IT FOR ME they say that method isnt working or some bullshit and refuse to even try WTF???? THEYRE LYING I started this chat on Monday June 2, at 8:57pm. it is now Monday june 11th, 12:13pm. so this has been over a week now so wtf. this site is bullshit

I'm very skeptical aobut all these new poker sites they are not as well run as pokerstars or tilt and to be honest I don't trust the deposit options and withdrawals. This sounds terrible

Since I couldn't transfer my funds, I went into the casino and played blackjack. Lost my last $50. Sucks, but at least it only cost me $50 to learn my lesson. This poker room sucks. Though, I must say, I did like their interface. I have since joined intertops and am loving it. There is also a post in the withdrawal/deposit threads which confirms they are indeed paying out to US players, and quite quickly. BetOnline is a joke!

I have been experiencing the same problem and am extremely unhappy. Their explanation, coupled with the length of time it is taking to resolve the issue, reminds me of Full-Tilt saying that our $$ is safe and they are trying to get it back to us. Yeah! R-e-a-l-l-y!!!

I only have about $30.00 in the sports wallet, but still, the inability to transfer it to poker stinks. The information I was given was that when they transferred to the new site the problem occurred. In the meantime, their reputation is taking a beating, and rightly so.

they are doing the same thing to me i deposited 50 almost 2 weeks ago and it still wont let me transfer from sports to poker,i went to betonline because of the high ratings all these so called rating sites give them i would not recomend going to betonline if you dont want to lose your money people!!!!!!!

Real Money

I used to play on Carbon Poker until they discontinue real money games for US players. To learn anything in poker I believe it has to be in real money games. In play money games people are more likely to play recklessly because they have nothing to lose. I can’t wait until New York opens some REAL casinos.
