I barely see anyone talk about betonline poker so ill give it some recognition for what it is:

The software is an abomination. It crashes 10 times per session (other players experience this too). Often when tournaments start it asks you to join the table but fails to bring up the window. When you try to manually bring up the table you get an error so you have to reboot the client. Also less commonly, when the action is on you there are no buttons to do anything so your timer goes down and it sits you out.

On the bright side, it is a great poker room for new players to practice. They host tables with hilariously low stakes, as well as some sit n go with no fees. They do tons of freerolls all day for cash prizes so thats a huge plus. Also betonline is swarming with terrible players so it can be quite amusing. If youve never seen players call you down to the river while hoping to hit an underpair, then join betonline it happens quite often. Unfortunately, there are very few players at the higher levels so betonline is not really a great place to rake in lots of cash.

Personally, I like betonline a lot because it provides great opportunities for new players to build up a little bankroll and practice a bit. I almost feel bad for bashing betonline because I play with money from freerolls and never deposited any money. Also I read that they allow withdrawal of freeroll cash of $100 or more without any deposit required.

I was accused of being a bot once lol, because I kept presetting my actions and was on a good run. I was actually quite amused so I didnt respond so I can keep up the facade.

In any case I wouldnt trust any rumors from players on betonline. A ton of donks who know nothing will make all sorts of excuses for playing badly.

Betonline is a joke. Always crashes. When I contacted them via their live chat and told them about the issues and that I wanted to withdraw because I couldn't even use the software anymore, they said I couldn't because there was some $850 rollover. Apparently using a $50 bonus they gave me just meant I was required to hit $850 in rollover before being eligible to withdraw. I didn't have much money in there (played mostly micros), so I chalked it up and moved to Bovada. Best decision I could have made.

I don't like Brovada for the anonymous thing they do. Otherwise, I like Brovada too.

SO your telling me because you deposited $50 and used a promo you have to rollover $850???? That is highway robbery!!! Why can't any of these poker rooms treat US players fairly? They have an opportunity to be the next Pstars in the US but they keep screwing it up... Blows my mind

Yup. They wouldn't even offer an explanation. Just told me that was the policy.

I actually like their software aside from the bugs. Too bad I'll never use Betonline again because of the poor customer service and ridiculous rollover BS.

I would like to know how. I was under the impression I had to make a minimum deposit, then roll it over once before I could cash out. I was hoping yesterday to cash out some of my winnings, and seemed to be unable to do so. What I had read said I needed to deposit, rollover in sportsbook, and THEN cashout.

If you haave any info on how to make this cash-out, I would love to know.
