BetOnline frequently freezing

Does anybody else have issues with their software? the site seems to always crash when i get knocked out of a tourney. i've uninstalled and tried downloading on explorer and chrome. any suggestions on a browser that might work better?

This has happened to me twice today ! Driving me nuts and can not stand it you would think that they would fix it asap considering it is such a large site!!!!!!

Poker Host uses the same software, and I rarely have this issue there. I have real money on BOL that I want to play on ring games, but I don't want to risk being froze out in the middle of a hand

Betonline shutting out USA players?

Playing in tourney yesterday it froze and said it was having a temporary stoppage. Since then I can't log on. It doesn't even recognize my email on it's website. I don't try and keep too much money there, but curious if it's no longer letting USA players bet cash.

there was a brief time yesterday it froze my computer and I couldnt log in.... but I just logged in and everything seems ok.

another issue w/their software i noticed today is this...

BB is all in preflop. i'm in a side pot w/another player. that player bets on river and i fold. BB shows AA and wins main pot, but other player is not forced to show cards. shouldn't that player have to show cards?

My issues with the software are the fact that it exists the way it is in 2014... it feel so 1998 it isn't even funny. So awkward to use

It happens to me too, sometimes without even being knocked out from a tournament. But it happens most often after being knocked out.
