I have yet to get any chargeback to my account...this is ridiculous...and there shouldn't be a chargeback. As soon as the chargeback is credited to my Chase account I will mail the money order. Why have I not received $400 credited back yet? This is very unprofessional. I will not be using your Web site anymore. I will mail the money order for $475 when I get the $400 chargeback to my credit card. Why has the credit failed to hit in two months? I never blocked the credit card charge. Your processor sir quite frankly sucks, and I've made it known already to the appropriate Sports Book review site. Your customer service is terrible, and when a loss is incurred, there is no problem saying there was no chargeback. You work for a very shady site, and if I don't get my money back, I will contact the Department of Justice.
