Hi

I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction here. I have been playing at BETOnline for quite awhile now.

About 2 weeks ago I attempted to complete a withdrawal. The site admin denied it and stated my account is "under review" because I used the same IP as another player.

They emailed me asking for information on my relation to another player (won't use his SN out of respect) and I let them know that I do not have any relation whatsoever. I explained the matching IPs might be due to the fact I travel all over the US for work and use the free Hilton internet. They stated they would get back to me within 24 hours.

It has now been 17 days and they continue to state my account is under review. I have emailed them almost every day and offered to provide any additional information they might need several times.

Every time all I get is a response asking me for 24-48 hours more. I asked to be put in touch with a supervisor and was flat out ignored.

This very frustrating as I have funds in there and have also won 3 tickets for the 50k and 1 for the 100k. I am scared to play because I don't know if I am being cheated out of my money.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? If so can you guide me in the right direction? who do I email or call? Can cards chat help?

I am been very respectful and offered additional information as I have nothing to hide. A process that was supposed to take 24 hours is now 17 days in.

Can anyone help?

I would just wait. Let em do stuff, ask stuff and take forever.

I have a previous post on the same issue. Should only take 72 hours forbthem to conduct a review. If its been longer than that make sure to contact them at bolsecurity or via live chat. Dont stress

Not a fan of BOL - Have personally experienced random "account locks" with little to no info - having said that, you most likely will have nothing to worry about

I agree with what's been said already that there's probably nothing to be alarmed about. I do agree that 17 days is over-board an surely should have been fixed by now. What a Coincidence, just last week I also attempted an withdrawal an was given the run around. I decided to just contact support an reverse the sending of my check via mail and place it back into my acct. I wonder if one of the mods from CC can establish an relationship on our behalf to work with BOL like they have with ACR?

I've never had that problem, because I never had a BR big enough to cash out. But BOL was one of my sites to play for real money several years ago, I hardly ever say that I believe a site is rigged because I don't need that big negative rolling around in my head while I'm playing, but back then many many players were concerned that BOL was allowing players to run bots, or the site was using bots them self. Then 1 or 2 years back, some players were talking about BOL cleaning out the site of any bots. So all this is hear say, and that leaves each player with their own beliefs. As for me, I can't see why any poker site would waste their time to target micro tables. So with that opinion I can be more focused on whatever game I'm playing.

This issue has already been brought up ad nauseum. BOL has been doing a site wide investigation. You're not the only one. They are trying to clean up the fraud in the games. Sit tight, give them the info, and let them know you didn't do anything wrong. I'd prefer they make security efforts to clean up their games than not. We all know it's inconvenient, but as long as you didn't do anything wrong, you'll get your money.

BET ON LINE under review

Its really to bad that some poker sites were busted in the past. And some of the sites are failing to provided good service, pay outs, etc.
It will be good when we can play poker that's legally safe in all ways to play.
Even if there is a Federal an State tax, so be it...

BOL is one of the few sites you need to worry about right now. Several years back, under old ownership there were some issues. Right now there's no issues beyond the fact they've done a fraud investigation because they had a problem going on.

I'd rather have them investigate and resolve the issue than not. Which it seems they have done now.

Hopefully you meant "not to worry about".

17 days is alarming long time for an account review. I recently made a deposit, but haven't played anything yet. I wonder if it's even worth to play and risk not being able to withdraw a big win.

JaBInter you posted this a week ago, has anything changed yet?

No changes....

So I am still waiting to hear back from them.....now 25 days....each time I email them they respond asking for 24 more hours......

I hope you get your money. I don't play there myself. I don't trust them.
