Bet Online poker?

Im new again to online poker. I stoped playing when all the US sites went down a while back and now that a few are back im just now getting a feel for them. That being said. I heard that bet Online Poker is rigged with Computer bots that take your money. Is this true? I want to know before i download it. Thank you for your time

I'd avoid them if I were you. Way too many horror stories about them lately, and there are better choices for US players. 3 networks to choose from.

Hi Jacked tryother better sites like carbon,bovada and black chip poker, there will be ''bots'' at most sites, the only thing is to know how to beat them most of them will fold if reraised or simply fold if you min bet them, unless they have a good hand.

I played at betonline for about a year, I thought it was the only software available to US players. I do not recommend it!

I called customer support to transfer funds to my dads account. They don't even answer the phones correctly. They asked for my username and pass. I refused and they told me there was no other way to access. On top of that the min transfer was 3k.

And it does seem like bots are everywhere. Thing is you cannot edit your location. These brainless players that have locations on them never talk and make obvious moves alot of the time. They are usually the only ones never using chat at the table. Actually i've never seen one chat. And the locations are places that are made up usually somwhere, CA. And this is just in the freerolls and low stake tournys I was playing. Way too much shady stuff on this website I recently switched to Black chip poker which is 100x better so far.

So you think if players don't chat they're bots? LOL. The vast majority of good players don't chat. It's an unnecessary distraction and usually -EV except in very specific situations to even look at chat, let alone participate in it. Especially if multi-tabling.

The only games that I even open the chat window on are our private CC games, which is more of a social event.

No. You put words in my mouth...I gave more suspect things than just the chat.... but when you play as many games I have had played and there is communication at almost every table i'm at ( some people are friendly can multi-task and enjoy to chat) and out of the 100's of suspected bots and attempted comm with them they do not respond.
I've seen plenty of good players chat.. idk what you're talking about but anyways, with all I said in this and the post above this is the conclusion I have came to, I def recommend staying away from them. :thrasher:

Thanks dmorris I'm with you I almost never talk unless playing with those I know ,wont answer in a freeroll. So if people think Im bot great another edge for me !lol As to the orgininal ? I downloaded the site but rarely play there just no snese in early parts of freerolls total insanity

So you have your location in timbucktwo, CA, and don't respond when people call out your name in caps 10 times? This sums it up everyone there are no Bots it's just niles with multiple accounts messing with BetOnline community. He said good players btw

These posts are really old, but i think bet online is the best U.S poker site available now. I like the RNG and if their are bots they suck, I doubt there is now because of all the stuff thats happened with super users and the "cashout curse" other stuff to i geuss. I like bet online, cant stand ACR.

took three weeks to win at betonline freeerolls for me.. Which for me is very extremely odd and a long time haha. Well now have a bank roll moving up moneyed fourth again tonight in a 25.00 one but when first started wasnt even in top 100 now always am last 5 days say.

I hear people talk about bots etc... for me is more about getting enough notes on super bad players and bingo players so can avoid them or exploit them Now getting that list down and is helping and results are beginning. Havent done a money event yet or ring. Will post again when do.

Well no matter to me what it is, I have had some very bad luck at Betonline. I've also played in some freerolls there and never got through the first hour. For me also, it's odd that no one talks on there but a few. But I don't care anymore. If I play there, it's only the CC freeroll and most of the time I don't even play it. GL if you play there. You will need it

I hear a lot of negative things on this forum about betonline poker. If you click on US poker sites at the top of this page though, it says it's the #1 site for US players. So, all in all, I'm not sure. I would think it's somewhat reputable if cc has it as the #1 site.
