Unreal, although it was never hard to tell when playing the highest stakes at betonline and sportsbetting. There is something seriously up with them.

But to be fair, can any of them know what that first card and what the second card was? Is there any chance the dealer just does this by accident?

The cards are probably RFID meaning each card has a tag on it so each card can be scanned and known.

Well that's ridiculous then! I can only imagine how the "random" number genrator is manipulated as well. Scary to think how much I played on there

If this happens at blackjack with a live dealer, what do you think happens behind the scenes to computer programs that you can't see??!!!??

So the dealer gets a little tricky with his slight of hand and pulls the card out from under the top card. Did he do it on his own? I think BOL would look at it that way and relieve the dealer from his duties. If it was a computer dealing and you recorded a glitch then I could see more of a need to call them out. Since it's an actual person I'm guessing they will chalk it up to a bad employee and move on with no more explanations.

They reimbursed the player and are reviewing the dealer.

Here is the message, got it from SBR:

Subject: Casino Dealer Cheating
Good day,

Thank you for contacting us.

This is Shane from player services, hope this email finds you well.

We would like to profusely apologize on behalf of all parties involved as this was a simple human error. The player would have clearly won the hand in question if the cards were dealt without error. We have escalated this matter to have the video reviewed as we are unable to do that over here at the CS department and with the review we have seen that there was indeed an error. The player who suffered this loss has been fully reimbursed and further procedures have been put in place to ensure this will not happen again. We are sincerely sorry that this had happened and apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured the player affected has been reimbursed accordingly and this will not happen again in future.

If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,

Shane

Yes you are probably right, but the real question is how did the dealer know what the cards were? You are right in what they will do...they will say he was a rogue employee and does not represent BOL and blah blah blah. But the fact that he had knowledge of the cards is a concern. For whatever reason he chose to deal that second card is irrelevant. He knew what the card was and chose not to deal it. Cheating plain and simple. And this also means other dealers know what the cards are. This is a problem and a way of cheating.

For BOL to remove themselves from the casino is also shameful...you use them and you are just as responsible in my eyes

Right before the dealer does it he's looking up. It sure looks like he's looking at a monitor and being coached to do it.
A "rogue" dealer would have no incentive to skew things so the house wins, he would only have an incentive to help a player win, and only if he knew the player. Even if that was the case it doesn't explain how he knew the cards coming.

I think betonline knew about this, human error...(lol) Why would the dealer cheat unless he was trained to?He is only an employee and followed house rules or lose his job.I never have deposited on that site and never will deposit on that site.Really might even avoid free rolling there.I probably can't withdraw unless I make a deposit anyhow so why even play.

This is a great point, it may be time for players to withdraw and boycott BOL, just saying.

BOL has released this statement:

20 February 2017 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

"BetOnline Notified of Questionable Behavior by Black Jack Dealer from its previous Live Dealer Casino Provider
20 February 2017, BetOnline.ag has been notified of an instance of potentially questionable behavior by a black jack dealer from its previous Live Dealer Casino Provider on the date of January 25th, 2017. The Company removed the previous Provider’s Casino and replaced it with the much improved Visionary iGaming Live Dealer product on February 18th 2017.

BetOnline.ag is currently looking into the issue with help and careful cooperation from the previous Live Dealer provider. BetOnline.ag asks that anyone who feels they may have been affected by this dealer’s actions to contact them by email at Casino@BetOnline.ag.

As always, BetOnline.ag takes client feedback seriously. And nothing is more important to BetOnline.ag than the integrity of its gambling offerings and the enjoyment of its players."

I played on BetOnline when they were a smaller company (4ish years ago?), when there client looked like it was the coder's first coding job. It seemed like there were some botty players there, for what it's worth. Can't be good for their reputation. That video has 400k views.

There is a lot of ways for them to mark cards or even sort them in a order and just display It for the dealer with support of another person or even alone
