No problems tonight. I did have to re-install the software two weeks ago for that same reason. It still happened and I used the live chat feature and they gave me an update that I didn't get, or wouldn't load. See stated that it should have been in an email or something, I told her it wasn't and she either pushed it to me, or something. I don't remember which

Yes it wouldnt load me on properly i closed it started sportsbetting closed SB and relaunched bet online and it worked

Get the mobile client and use it as a back up, I had to go out for about an hour just before the first break and was able to use the mobile version to continue playing.
Both BOL and SB have the mobile version, and if this happens again you can still play.

it should be some program that is preventing you from downloading the software of the type that has happened to me poker stars I already had several problems so complicated sometimes neither the suprot know explains.

Lately being able to get on Bet Online has been 50/50 for me. I'll try a number of times without success...then 10 minutes later get right in. :icon_scra

their server stinks pretty bad
unfortunately this is one of my biggest beefs about BOL. I've noticed especially on the West coast. I feel like their servers for this region need serious upgrades. The reason I say this is because everytime I am locked out of the server, the East coast and central players aren't affected.

I have had the same issue a few times. The first time I thought "I wonder if Sports Betting is having the same problem?" So I pulled it up and it was working fine so I got off of it and went back to BetOnline and it worked. I am not saying that this is a fix because it did not work once but next time you may want to give it a try.
