Bet On Line Is a Scam!

This is the conversation I had with a Bet On Line customer service rep. I was Locked out of most of my game. NO REFUND!

I don't see how this is a scam. Nor can I see how this is related to Bet On Line.

You got disconnected or couldn't connect for a period of time after starting a sit and go and playing in it for a while. They won't refund your buy-in to you. Tell me how any other site would have handled this differently?

You need to explain what Locked Out means. Did your internet disconnect? Did someone try to access your account from elsewhere? Did you get kicked off your account by the software for some reason? Did the entire site shut down? If it was the last one, you deserve your money back. If it was any of the other three, 99% chance you do not (if it was #1, 100% chance you do not).

Just keep contacting them till you talk to a manager. How much was the S&G? Man that sucks.

In no way do I see this as a scam by BetOnline. I mean, sure it sucks...but unless it was a server crash by them that kicked you out of the SNG - which it would do to all of the other players as well - you very likely are not going to be refunded. How much was the Sit n' Go? And if it is your internet that is spotty, I would probably take Aleksei's advice and just play cash game.

In fairness you CAN easily lose 3/4 of a BI in a single hand in a cash game if you get disc'd.

Yeah this sucks but this definately is not a scam.. cmon now
