Hi everyone, I was just wondering which rooms that US players like the best?

I'm not necessarily talking about quantity of freerolls. I know this has been asked before on other blogs, and people have answered giving a room that runs a freeroll every 2 hours or something, but when you look at it, it will fill at a maximum player pool of 1000 with a prize pool of $50.

I guess I am looking for quality and quantity, if that makes sense...

Check out Hero Poker, they have a couple cool freerolls everyday. If you deposit, there are more cool sit and go freerolls, plus the first depositors freeroll.

Merge Network (Carbon Poker, Felt Stars Poker, Black Chip Poker, etc.) accepts american players, i love the sit & go mainly from Carbon Poker, which has a very good traffic of players, you just need to choose your buy in, deposits and withdrawals are also items to compliment the Merge Network, never had problems ..

I don't know all poker rooms that accept U.S. players but in my opinion the betonline has a lot of freerols and the level of players is low.

If you are going to just play one site, I would say Hero Poker. They have two $100 freerolls every day that usually draw about 150 people. If you deposit there are then more freerolls plus $5 SNG's that are free to play. Plus they are merge so they have all the merge freerolls and funsteps, and once you get money they have micro tourneys, like 30 cents tourneys plus extra 11 cent tourneys too.

But if you are just looking for freerolls why not play multiple sites? Get into the CC freeroll club and play those. Play any good freerolls running anywhere that you can get in.

If you are able to play Pstars I would recommend that and do the Pro Skill League.

Im allin with BETONLINE,

There 24hr freerolls 12 times a day is hard to beat. I disagree on the quality of players being weak though. True theres no shortage of fish early on but when you get down to the 200-300 player mark, theeres no room for mistakes. Most these tourneys pay 25-50 players, not easy to make the coin on a consistent basis.

BetOnline will be a disappointment, IMO.

For decent-value freerolls for US players, Hero Poker is definitely up there. They have 4 $99/$100 freerolls per day (2 that pay out $11 to top 9, and 2 that pay out $50, $30 and $20 to top 3).

Yup, Hero Poker is the best IMO, especially if you are west coast. I'm midwest so the Pacific Freerolls are at 3 am my time, which means I rarely play them. Along with the 4 $100 freerolls that typically draw about 150 people each, Hero also has all the regular Merge freerolls and fun steps, and they have more micro sng's and tourneys than regular Merge, like they have $0.11 HU and extra $0.11 sngs, and like 6 daily $0.30 tourneys.

Yep, I am on Pacific Time, so fortunately (when I have the energy) I can play the Asia Pacific freerolls on the weekends, which are at 1am my time. Other US players might find it more difficult if they are on a regular schedule.

Good point on the micro tourneys -- the $.33 $30 Daily GTDs are great value for micro players and always have overlays, too.

Yeah, those overlays are usually huge too, like usually there are only 20-50 people registered at $0.30 a piece (so $15 max) yet it is guaranteed $30 so basically you are getting twice the value of your buyin.

I ran up a roll on Hero from $0 pretty easily but I still play those $0.30 buyins just because I think it is such great value.

freerolls online

I really don't like merge at all but these days we have no where to play except for them and Cake and True poker network which includes America Card Room and True Poker and I like them. Betonline has a $200 noon fr est with 2000 players which is max and it only pays $22 for 1st place hardly worth the time. I'm personally about fed up w/ online poker and been playing small BI's live and not doing too bad.
