With all the news regarding problems with online poker payouts, I would like to know some US friendly sites that actually do payout within a reasonable time frame and without charging ridiculous fees for doing so. I've made deposits and been playing on Bovada, BetOnline and PokerView but have not requested payouts on any yet. So with that said, all replies including site, payout time frame and associated fees would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance :)

My two withdrawals for bodog were fast. I haven't tried Bovada. Merge network can take of up two months and costs $15.00. Minimum of $100.00. I've found Merge to be the best for US players.

Lock Poker Do Not Payout Withdraws

I'm not sure which sites are good, but I can tell you that Lock Poker will take your money (for deposits), but their Lock Poker Cashier WILL NOT pay out when you win. I would suggest US online poker players to avoid Lockpoker.com and not get scammed. I deposited $300 to open my Lock Poker account in July, good thing I didn't deposit more because the very next day I won a tournament for $1700, but 3 months later, I still have not gotten paid by Lock Poker.

After I won in July, I immediately tried to withdraw with the Lock Poker Cashier, and selected the expensive Western Union method which cost $250. I wanted to avoid problems with them sending me a check. After receiving a confirmation from the Lock Poker Cashier, I waited 2 weeks and nothing happened. Lockpoker.com did not send me any additional emails or notices. So I emailed them a total of 3 times, and it took almost a month before I got an email saying the withdraw was not authorized. I replied to them to find out why my withdraw was declined, and 3 weeks later I still have not heard anything back.

The BIG problem with Lockpoker.com is that they take your money, refuse to payout, and has terrible customer service. I've sent them a total of 5 emails, numerous voice mail messages to the non-existent Lock Poker customer service, and I've just received an email from their support after I started posting negative reviews to forums. Lock Poker's rep said they did send me the Western Union info, which I checked and never actually received. Then when I checked on Western Union, there were no records of that transaction ever being made. I then email then again, and it's been 2 days and no response, as usual. Lockpoker.com is more than happy to take money from US online poker players, but they do not pay when you win.

I hope this post will serve as a warning for other online poker players so they do not get ripped of by Lock Poker like I did.

Ciaog that is bogus, I have many friends whom are sponsored Lock pros and live off that site. I also was a fulltime Player at Lock poker back in 2010 and had no issues for 10 months withdrawing from them.

Have patient approach things properly mate, they dick people around and drop them to bottom of ques if you over email them and or are rude to them. If your nice, send one message and one email to Rizen on 2+2 or Shane on 2+2 or even Emily the're Manager, I'm sure you would be taken care of in no time. I know at least 4 people atm 2 are sponsored there that have no issues to this day withdrawing.

If you used a promo code, you may need to clear a VIP point level before they will let you cash out. It maybe something you may want to look into.

Lock Poker Poor Customer Service & Slow Payout

First, question for you, are you an US or European player? I think they handle things differently depending on where you are.

Second, I'm not out to unreasonably trash Lock Poker. I was actually quite glad to be able to play online again when I found them. I was never rude in my emails or voicemail message.

Regarding how many times I tried to contact them, I want your honest unbiased opinion. If I chose, and was willing, to pay $250+transaction fee on a $1700 withdraw, and Western Union was supposed to only take 1-2 days, don't I have a right to be a bit concerned after weeks of not hearing from them? So in this situation, 3 emails and 2 voicemails was excessive?

Btw, I do appreciate your comment & insight, and if everyone really thinks I'm being unreasonable here, let me know.

Cheers~

2+2 has lock reps, maybe you should get in contact with one of them.
Or post Emails to back up your story.

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately, that's not the reason why Lock Poker's not paying. Their rep actually contacted me yesterday stating their Lock Poker Cashier had processed my Western Union transaction back in August.

The downer is when I checked my emails, I had received everything from them, including a previous email stating my transaction was declined, but nothing regarding a Western Union wire being sent. And when I checked the WU info the Lock Poker rep supposedly sent to me in August on Western Union's website, it said the transaction couldn't be found.

Anyway, it appears you and several others have not had problems, so I'm glad for you. But from my own experience and many others I've read online, Lockpoker.com's payout and customer service is inconsistent if not outright terrible.

Cheers~

Let the Lock rep know that the transaction couldn't be found on WU. Send them a screen shot of it.

Well LTE is rather new room to make any conclusions but yes it has a good respective and I also recommend to try it.

My opinion is that LockPoker and CarbonPoker are still the leaders providing US players with more or less reliable service.

Another good option is Bovada. This room shows stable good service for many months already.
