Any idea what is the best starting post for begginer amateur, on the way to become a pro?

First of all welcome to Cardschat. We are glad you joined. Have you done an introduction and let us know something about you? That is the best starting point.

Hey :)

If you mean on poker site, then pokerstars would be possibly the best option.

When you choose where to play and if you are new in poker, then it would be good to start playing with play chips or maybe freeroll tournaments.

Thank you guys, i'm new to PokerStars and played some freerolls, including some tourneis for 3.5 buyin. I must say i foud out that freerolls is the best way to learn the basics but the amount of players is absolutely huge, i guess an average of 2K players. I can't decide if it's good or not but in overall it looks like a good starting point.
I'm from ISRAEL, 42 y.o working in the IT industry and making my first steps in this magical poker world.

Oh anf forgot to mention i played before with my collegues one a week, making a few SHEKELS with average of 2:1 wins:)
