well i mean, if u want big guarantees and big paydays, i think u have to go with stars or full tilt poker, preferably stars. but it depends on if u want to play against big tourny fields,
if ur looking for a good tourny structure, u could go with Ultimatebet altho the tourny fields are bit smaller and there will be smaller guarantees

Absolutely agree with Pantin there, you *must* play at pokerstars or FTP if you are in to tournament play and live in the US. I miss party poker ;(

Depends which timezone you live in.

If you are in Europe, probably the Ipoker Network (Titan, Victor Chandler etc.)

If in America, the other guys` suggestions above seem sound.

Oh, and bodog`s guarantee tournaments often have an overlay, if that appeals to you.

what is an overlay?

an overlay is when there's a tournament with a certain guaranteed prizepool, and not enough entrants show up to meet or exceed that prizepool. basically means that there's extra money (EV) from the site

Agreed. The plain fact that PS has a tournament starting every few minutes, pretty much assures me that I always have a game.

But arent there more sharks at PS, so its harder to cash at that buy-in?
whats the play like at PS in the small stake mtts? ( know OP wasnt talking small stake tourney, sorry for hijacking) I'm seriously considering moving some of my bankroll there, if there's lots of fishy play?

Well I do think that PS has tougher competition at all levels. BUT... you gotta figure that at the smallest stakes it will still be fishy. I mean if you can beat medium levels at other sites, you should do ok at small stakes at PS.

thanks, not too happy about the bigger fields, my attention span is limited to 2-3 hours at the most.
Guess I'll check out FT............

Try a SAG, that would be your best bet. 2-3 hours should be good for a 180 man I would think.
