best site for a private tourney?

can anyone tell me the best site to hold a private tourney for say 7 to 10 people?

Go for pokerstars or somewhere like that.

Ultimate Bet has a good tourney system, but I don't know if they'd let you have a private one. Not sure how that goes down.
