So, I'm ready to start grinding at 2nl online but have a couple of basic questions that I hope others who have experience playing on different sites can answer for me before I decide to pick a room.

The 3 rooms I'm most interested in are:
-Bovada
-ACR
-BetOnline

Here are the questions:
1. Which sites offer 2nl-5nl? 2nl is the lowest I want to start, but I'll go as high as 5nl to start.

2. Which sites have the most traffic for cash games? I know Bovada is the most popular, but what about the other 2?

3. Which site offers rake back/has good bonuses? I know ACR offers 27% rake back if you ask for it.

4. Which sites allow you to use HUDs? I know you can only use HE Indicator on Bovada, but can you use HEM/PT on ACR or BetOnline?

5. Speaking of HUDs, is HEM/PT the only one that offers free trials?

6. Which site is best for multi-tabling? I know Bovada only allows 4 and I'd like to play at least 6-8.

I apologize for the questions. I just don't want to DL a client, deposit into it, and be unhappy with it. I'm really interested in a site with rake back, good promotions/bonuses, and that allows HUDs, so I think ACR is the top pick but it also depends on how good the traffic is.

Thanks for the help.

My favorite is BetOnline, especially their Omaha, since I tend to build up a bankroll that way.

Don't play any of them. They are unregulated and shady like Absolute and UB were. Beware!

Regulation is what is killing online poker. I would advise Bovada myself, but you can try the others as well. WPN (ACR) is said to have the toughest games. You can play on more then one site as well.

All regulated will mean in this case is that the government gets their money to waste. Several states will be intrastate, so meaning that players can only play against people in their state, take for example New Jersey.

for No.4
Capture
this is what happens @ bovada.
the only problem is using table scanner.
For me Bovada is far better than other two
just for the reason of leave table and reload chips after win... only 5 minutes, and ACR, is 30 minutes, table hard to find. Carbon 1 hour. Betonline...I don't like their policy.

I think bovada is the best option but only 5nl and up. BOL is probably softest but worst software. You can play all the tables you want on bovada but cap the cash games and sngs at 4 but can load all the MTTs you want. I think the soft player pools at these two out weigh ACRs reward program unless you cash in on there rake race then it might suit you better.

I have a question for players from the United States maybe is a bit stupid but i 'm a beginner in poker here has a month so do not laugh at me , I noticed that on many poker sites do not accept players from the United States , which is the reason but I think there are a lot of players from the United States to a lot of great market or you are too good at poker, but they are afraid that they do not take all the money:)

Undoubtedly, ACR is going to be your best bet. They have the best volume -- I've seen close to 20 2nl going at a time, and not too far back in volume was 5nl.

I like Hold'em Indicator (which is actually the same program that Carbon calls their own, so maybe you are already used to it) for a free trial. Funny thing is, don't tell anyone, but it works with tournaments even after the trial. It's supposed to work on BetOnline, as well, but only on Play Money until you register. The problem with Hold'em Indicator, unless I'm missing something, is it is just a HUD, hand replayer, and odds calculator. It doesn't seem to offer any sort of database functionality, yet it is close to the same price as PokerTracker.

I don't understand why HEM doesn't support ACR. PokerTracker 4 does but I'm not used to it and my free trial ran out. I'm going to see if I can get my old HEM program to work, but I need to move it from my old computer first -- not sure if that will work. Sometimes you can manually change a few minor things (with search and replace) in the Hand History text to make it work in different programs. Anyway, I hope HEM changes their mind about supporting ACR as they see it grow in the US market.

Another option is the sharkscope HUD, which I'm curious about. I think they charge monthly, but they also have a HUD/database program for about $100 that is stand alone.

ACR's volume is best in the daytime and weekends, but they ran some sort of volume promotion a few weeks ago that caused a lot more players to play at night, too.

I also believe ACR is going to be your best best for multi-tabling. I use the stacking method, and ACR is good at popping up the right screen at the right moment. BetOnline is not good at that, so far.

So, are you getting a new PC?
