G'day Connor, since we lost access to the main sites like Poker Stars, 888 and Party Poker I've been playing at ACR and BCP they are both on the WPN network and have a shared player pool, you can access most games from either site, and I also play at Intertops. I only play the CardChat games lately as the morning and Noon times are best for me, and some cash games at those sites as I have bankrolls there from the CardsChat freerolls when I have time to spare.
I only play at Intertops as CardsChat has 2 freerolls there and they used to count towards the CardsChat leaderboard, as of 01/01/20 it no longer counts for the leaderboard, Itops has a ridiculous 50% rollover on freeroll winnings and bonuses also have requirements. The traffic at Itops in our evening times and most times for that matter is pathetic, I counted 17 people in the micro cash tables 2 nights ago, there are 45 at the moment, (.01/.04nl-.10/.20nl) it is hard to generate rake with bugger all traffic.
I built up my freeroll winnings in their live sportsbook during the 2017 AFL season so it is worth it for me to generate the rake, it would be more if their live betting side of their sportsbook was working, it's been getting updated and coming soon since 01/01/18. If you don't intend to play freerolls Itops should be OK, I read about people withdrawing from there with no problem as long as no freeroll winnings are involved. Intertops has rakeback also.
ACR and BCP are good and pay promptly with craptocurrency if you use it, they have other options also but those have fees attached, the traffic is good for our timezone at anytime, they also have 27% rakeback, you have to ask for it, otherwise they automatically put you on a points based reward system.
