Hi All,

I have been on BetOnline for a few months. Main complaint I have is that it goes down at random times here and there. Was thinking about switching or playing on 2 different online poker sites. I don't like the thought of having money in different rooms but might try something out for a bit.

Is there benefit to playing at multiple rooms at the same time? Or do you find you favor one over the other? Do you ultimately move your money over? Or just keep your money spread out?

Just looking for some insight on this.

Thanks and Good Luck to you all!

It's unfriendly to banks and poker sites though and you lose money on transfers since they can't make deals with the bank. :)

Silly law right? Yes, welcome to the corrupt USA where not paying enough tax is reason to outlaw an entire industry and passion because it won't line politician's pockets enough.

Thanks for setting up a topic with such an intriguing question.
I put money into only one room, mainly trying to play one, so you will feel more play and in addition you are more loyal and trusted for the room.

Depends ofcourse what you're looking for and for US based players there's less available.
Though some benefits I can think of:

More traffic
More promotions
More freerolls in case you want them
Opening a new room and depositing you're most of the time egligible for a welcome-bonus.
In your case, try to make it to the CC freerollclub, as even for US-based players there's different rooms with CC freerolls.
In case a site is down, you'll always have an alternative.

Last but not least, some sites attract loads of weak players which makes the games softer.

European based I was surprised seeing so many players being so terribly bad at some rooms compared to pokerstars.

you may try sportsbetting, they are in the same network
or ignition casino, ACR they also let USA players to play for real money.

if you are using bitcoin, moving money is not a big problem, since the feel is just 1 dollar something, if you play NL25 or above, it is fairly small part.
