I was playing a 2$ jackpot 3 man sitandgo. The Jackpot ended up being 16$. I won the tournament and the money was never transferred into my account. It ended up being an all day process of me calling them 3 times to get it rectified. The money was not put into my account until the next day.

If I had not noticed I wonder if I would have been paid. That's why I'm warning everyone to be careful. I've never had this happen and wasn't even aware that it could happen. I am a little hesitant to deposit more money on this site.

Normally the system credit the funds automatically, this happened due to a disconnection.

I wasn't disconnected bro. And the one of the guys said it usually takes an "engineer" a couple hours to sort it out.

My point is no one contacted me. I had to call back 7 hours later because I was at work when it happened. I was playing on my phone so maybe that has something to do with it.

Lost 5$ on acr getting kicked out of a sitngo2. 0 que, didnt Get my buyin back. Acr Software is like really 2005...

When I play the Jackpot spinandgos I see a lot of people disconnected

Could you specify which Sit n Go you played? Please provide the Hand ID or the specific date/time you played it so I can check it.
