Well try to contact with them thru the phone or live chat as I think contacting with they service thru the email would be pointless
Just explain situation if that's not working try open new account and if they saying something about multiple accounts just say the first one is not you and never was playing with them
That's how I got away with pokerstars couple years ago when I was playing with friend at one table and they ban us because they thought we were cheating but only what we was doing chatting to each other just messing around
