banned from carbon???

i went to log in last wednesday to play the cc freeroll on carbon and when i tried to sign in i got a pop up saying 'your account has been suspended for security reasons'.....the only thing i could think of at the time was that i didnt update my profile with the info that i moved location....so maybe they noticed a new ip address or something and closed the account......

i sent them an email telling them my account was suspended and the reason of which i thought it might of happened..........then i got this




now im thinking they banned me because ive never deposited on the site and only ever use it for private games.....is that a reasonable assumption?....any ideas on how i can reactivate my account or should i accept it?.....never been banned from any poker room in my life, feels abit shitty like

i had a similar occurnce with golden arch poker which is now defunct..i got rolled there and made quite a bit of change there and once i started withdrawing large sums i recieved similar email

i also think its quite funny how they say, 'management decision is final
and no further correspondence will be ENTERTAINED on
this matter.......only then to say

yea I think you should send an email to find out what the issue is. Keep on them.

I think for now your account is only inactive, the management team is reviewing your account to issue a final decision.

I think feasible you send an e-mail explaining the situation, and if possible with a copy of your proof of address and ID, saying it was all a misunderstanding...

nah man, they sent me an email about 24 hours ago saying they were going to review then they would let me know....then i got this, so i take it this was there decision....not sure why they couldn't give me a reason though, seems abit dodgy....i'll send them proof if they get back to me with an explanation atleast....its cool haha, you're not intruding

I've never deposited and basically only play freerolls there, so I doubt that's the reason.

struggling to think of what other reason it could be...will try and find out though.

nah it took me all my time to just get the one up, deffo not that...the only other thing i can think of is that i was logged in on my gf's laptop (without knowing) then tried to log in on my own comp....maybe its something to do with that as its happened to me on stars before and i got a pop up sayng i was already logged on, on a different device....

i suppose its an easy mistake to make 'making two accounts' as there are lots of sites and could be hard to remember especially if you join a great amount...thats another reason why i write all my accounts down in my little black book to prevent making a double.

On another note they should really have support who can respond with better grammer and strip the please feel to contact us to help when they say your banned we don't know why its final. Good grief...

bluff, their replies are so bad that its verging on comical.....first they cant give me a reason why then they say they wont be entertained with a reply......then they wish you to have a great day and if theres anything they can do to help then feel free to email......roflmao......lolwhut, who writes these things?
