Tonight i went to play on ACR and BCP and i received a severe warning
from AVG telling me how these clients had a Trojan horse virus, i went to my anti-virus vault and allowed the threats but i had to delete and download the clients again and after 1 hour of waiting for just ACR to download it wouldn't open up after clicking on the ACR desktop icon after the download finished, instead i received a message from my computer saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. " I don't know what to do since downloading the sites takes forever and won't run after downloading and also after allowing threats via AVG, i would sure appreciate any help from anyone regarding this issue as i've now lost all 3 Winning poker sites (ACR/BCP/True) tonight because of this and don't know what to do, i emailed all 3 and i'll see what they say but I'm at a loss.

Please be so kind and provide me your nickname so the support department can send you the email with the steps.

SpaztasticHat is my username. I have contacted ACR support about this and the steps offer no solution. Same results, even after reinstalling windows :joyman:
