Usually depends on the subject (as noted earlier above). Full Tilt's support teams are not the brightest bulbs in the lamp.
I don't find cause to e-mail support very often, but Tilt's average response time for me has been 24-36 hours. Seldom less than 24 unless it's a funds transfer.
