Hey Chaters,

I uploaded a Cardschat Avatar on my account at UltimateBet and it was rejected.

The sent me an email and said it was rejected.

There was a long list of reason why the Avatar was rejected. But, nothing specific.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with this.

Was it the Avatar. Or did I just screw up some where.

Thanks,

mange

Yes, there have been a few posts about this. They are rejecting it as advertising, but atleast one person has had it go through okay. Important not to have ".com", but it still might not work.

lol you'd think they'd be worrying about shipping pots the right way instead of avatars.

lol +1 sir

I dunno I think the are just trying to be more transparent in their cheating players. So shipping a pot to Helmuth with the worse hand may be in fact more ethical than a superuser account

Mange,

Can you post the rejection email you received from UB, I'm interested in reading it and seeing what excuse they came up with. Personally I think that is ridiculous.

CC Avatar rejected by UltimateBet

Hey Chaters,

Here is the e-mail I recieved from UltimateBet. And, the CC Avatar did not have .com on it. I left .com off because I wanted to make "Cardschat" Avatar big as possible inorder for it to be readable:

I am proud to belong to Cardschat and want everyone to know it. I even use the Avatar on my HotMail. haha.

Poker Sites

The poker sites I'm familar with don't want anyone promoting any other poker sites. Guess they considered your avatar doing just that.

Hey,

I posted the e-mail.

What a joke. You may have done this or you may have done that.

How about they just give you a direct answer, but no, I suppose that would be asking for too much.

Did you have an avatar before this?
