Australians on Pokerstars

I'm in the UK and I've created a home game on pokerstars. My friend who lives in Victoria, Australia says she cannot join due to her location. Anyone know about such a restriction for Australians ?

Never heard of it to be honest, i was in sydney 2 weeks ago, and i could log in and play no problem. Maybe you should check the eligibility settings if its your home game

It does seem a bit strange. She's only just joined pokerstars so maybe her account needs verifying in some way. I've told her to contact support and see what they say.

I meet a lot of Australians at the tables on PS everyday. As far as I know, they aren't restricted anyhow. It is probably some wrong setting in your club. i would just write to the support, they will cope with it.
