I quit smoking back in November (best thing I ever did). I went to play in a poker tournament last week at the local casino. To get to the poker room, you have to walk all the way through the main floor of slots
. Oh my GOD. Having to breathe in all the smoke was absolutely horrendous!! I never realized just how bad the second hand smoke really was. I felt guilty for all the times I've lit up in a public place and subjected people to my once bad habit.
To the OP: I know it's hard. But do yourself (and others around you) a favor, and quit smoking! You won't believe how much better you'll feel in a matter of weeks. You have more energy, food tastes better, you can actually breathe and not hyperventilate if you choose to get some exercise. I've never felt better.
