Asking Merge ??s

I want to ask Merge for several things and would like to know if any of you have tried this.

This is what I have written so far:

My name is Jason J****. I currently have 3 accounts on merge skins, BlackChip (So***zy), Carbon (Jo***3), and IronDuke (4****er).

I have a complication that I would like Merge to help me resolve. I must 1st state that I'm aware of players being able to circumvent the rules to accomplish these tasks but I do not act that way and would prefer to be upfront and direct with you, Merge.

My account at BlackChip has @ $180 but I have less than $0.05 at both IronDuke and Carbon. Both of these sites have some wonderful private games that I would like to participate in.

When I started playing poker in September of 2010 I was only playing on pokerstars with the name of j*****3. After Black Friday (April 15th 2011) I opened 1st an account at Carbon and then another at Cake but for the lack of experience I chose the same name (J*****3) for both sites and did the same for IronDuke (4****er) and the old Feltstars (Th******3) too. Now as a more experienced player I realize that this has or will become a huge leak in my game with players able to easily recognize me and transfer their notes from one site to another against me. To me this has the potential to cost me a countless amount of money.

My last issue involves RakeBack. I am aware that each individual skin approves rakeback and I already receive RB on IronDuke but Carbon is owned by Merge and I would like to receive at least 15% rakeback on my account there (J******3). The reason this has become important to me is my game has been improving and I now feel ready to start playing ring games frequently and knowing that they accumulate a substantially greater amount of rake I would like to receive some of that back. I know that I'm just starting on this journey and that is why I am asking for only 15%. As I climb in stakes and steadily accumulate rake I will ask for more when the time is appropriate.

A re-cap of what I am asking Merge to help me with.
1. I would like to transfer from my BlackChip (S******y) account $60 to each Carbon (J******3) and IronDuke (4******er).

2. I would like a name change for both Carbon and IronDuke from:
Carbon - Jo*****3 to iH****CE
IronDuke - 41***er to In*****40

3. I would like to receive 15% RakeBack on Carbon.

Now, as stated above I am also aware of players who would just open another account for the new name and sit heads-up with themselves to transfer themselves money. I am well aware that technically this is against the rules but if it is easier to do than what I am asking then a reply of such would be needed and then I would proceed.

Merge won't help you with those individual site issues - you will have to deal with the sites directly. And no way will they make site to site transfer exceptions for you that they won't do for anyone else.

And there is ZERO chance of any of them doing anything about a site transfer between sites.

So the only way is to cheat? Sit on a HU table with myself and lose the money to the "other" account?

They'll catch that. The only real way is to withdrawal, wait 2 months for a check, and redeposit.

^^ This. Also, no way you're getting rakeback on more than 1 Merge skin (last time I checked anyway). If you want rb, make sure you request it on the skin you play the most.

If you sit at HU table with your 2 accts to move funds, (chipdump) and they catch you, you will get banned on ALL MERGE skins, and all your funds confiscated more than likely. Just do the withdraw and redeposit where you want it. much safer!

...or a name change. They're kinda sticky about that.

Don't worry about being the same person (username) at all sites, once you get good enough, it won't matter.

Merge is in upheaval currently, and it is because the skins are bickering amongst themselves. There is no known way to get anything thru above the skin reps, and for the last few weeks they have been mostly quiet about important issues.

You could submit that letter to any of the skins, but our gut feeling is it will cause you more grief than it will solve for you.

Patience. The current rumor mill about the merge skins is that big changes are imminent. None of those rumors would seem to address your wants, but until the bigger issues get resolved, lessor issues sit idle.
