has anyone played PKR?

anyone played PKR just wanna get some thoughts on it? how is no limit hold em is and the tournment for real money?

reached 50 % to bronze then stopped playing. i had gud luck in sngs and decent luck on cash tables and tourneys but eventually the cash tables ruined it all coz i played .25/.50 stakes. i just recently stopped playing there. i wud say undoubtedly its the most awesome experience to play on this site because of the graphics. the cool tricks ur avatar can do and the dynamic cam its just like real poker,,simply unbeatable!! no other site looks so cool..definitely worth playing. one good thing abt vip status there is no time limit to achieve and once u hit a status its for life unlike all other sites ive seen where its only for a month. so yep overall v.nice highly recommended.

I am a US player but this site was one of the first online rooms I saw. Not for money of course but I goofed around in play money MTTs.

The graphics are pretty neat. It looks like a video game compared to most poker rooms. I guess that is not the main focus of playing online but it certainly stands out.

i forgot to mention there are 10k non depositor freerolls play these first before making a deposit i had made the mistake of directly making a deposit so could only play in the depositor freerolls. and keep in mind minimum deposit should be 25 usd or else u have to pay a charge of 2 usd. this is the same for withdrawal except if u withdraw atleast 100 usd. so u can always deposit and make it 100 when u want to withdraw to avoid the 2 usd charge nothing wrong in that

I think you mean pokerstars? I play there and think its a really good site, there is a lot of players and a lot of games so you have much to choose on. The best I think is the graphic, it's awesome!! I hardly recommends full tilt poker to (who is owned by pokerstars)

yep true aesthetics are not the main concern in a poker software but its awesome really you can use your points to buy clothes and tricks for ur avatar or to enter 50 usd, 300 usd, 500 usd or 1k usd premium freerolls. its why i say its definitely one of the best softwares overall because u get points when u play. you can use these to enter tourneys or upgrade ur avatar it is v.much like a video game exciting!

Yeah I actually like PKR you can really annoy your opponents with your avatars it's quite amusing. As far as games go the micro levels are pretty easy I think more people play it for fun then competitively.

I find PKR really annoying. Those avatars shuffling chips and applauding themselves send me on tilt!

haha i just played it, i kept on annoying everyone with those taunts you do

That's why your opponents do it ..lol

it can be disabled or you can play pkr lite but i find it entertaining dont get bothered by i prefer the 3d pkr version its fun! of course if i was playing a tourney with a big buyin i would play pkr lite, this is why i've used pkr lite only once.

+1^^^^^ I personally think PKR is the worst poker ive ever played online. It makes you shift your focus from making the right decisions to wondering what your character is going to wear and what stupid taunt you will say. Its really a noob site and i believe any poker player who multitables and takes the game seriously can not be playing there. Just my opinion. And also, its so damn slow that i think you get in less hands than when playing at a casino live.

I played there for the first time a week back, and its cool like a video game, but after an hour there I havent been back, I guess because its too much like a video game
