I used to play full tilt 4years ago, but now I started playing pokerstars since this year.

Of course, both of sites has enough tourneys and SNGs, but freerolls, I check everyday for both of them.

Anyone does samething like me?

or any better suggestion?

I play both quite frequently. Unfortunately, it always seems that I have a bankroll on one and busto on the other!

I like both sites...I also have Carbon & UB...and a few more. I have an easier time wading through the masses on PS rather than on FT.

I have accounts at FT and PS. I seem to go back and forth between the 2. I have learned that I suck at ring games(the hard way) so I rarely play at them any more. I think the general play in the STTs and MTTs is alot better at PS. I like the smaller MTT sizes at FT though.

Full tilt now has the round 1 freeroll where the top 250 players out of 7500 play every week for $1000 kinda like the Hubble freerolls on Pokerstars. Full tilt also added another $50 to the daily $100 freerolls but also added another 5k people to the tournys but there is plenty of freerolls on both sites to try and build a bankroll if u have time to play 5 hrs

I have bankrolls on both. PS i play mostly the double or nothings 20 dollars to make solid cash. Full tilt I play more MTTs and cash games. I personal think fulltilt has the better free rolls. For rake brain I get in a pretty cool free roll on there as well.

I play on both, as do most others on here. FT's lobby is easier to look at and find any game you want - very organized, whereas PS isn't as appealing to look at, but they do offer a larger variety of games and smaller micro limits.

Yea both sites have their own pro's and con's.
I have found that the SnG players are a lot tighter on Stars, so tend to favour them when I want to play a solid tight session. Full Tilt have the Matrix games (a slow, but steady grind) and better cash games (imo). Still get the 'any 2 cards' crowd on FT's ring tables, but I dont think a bit of loose action hurts when your on a cash table, long as you can handle the bad beats when you get sucked out on.
The stakes I play mean it'd be near impossible to maintain a bonus level at both sites (could get Stars Silver level, or Tilts Bronze iron man. Not both) so I do tend to favour one site or the other from month to month.

I play on both... I have been playing on pokerstars only for a while now but recently I've found out that the lower limit players on pokerstars are really awful, whereas on full tilt I've seen some great play at micro tables...

If you are a microstakes player and you have rakeback you should play at Tilt ainec.

People on PS do seem to play more like morons.. I think its because the name just attracts more gamblers/new players cause the name sounds pretty cool.. "PokerStars" VS. "fulltiltpoker".

I hate how aweful the layout they have is.. not very userfriendly at all..

On the other hand they have way better support than FTP, simply because you can actually talk to them live about any issue.

I was actually going to ask this question that the OP presented. I play on bodog now and used to play on FT and Pokerstars about 2 years ago. I really like FT's lobby and I found Pokerstars' to be very frustrating. I wanted to know which one I should probably choose? I am scantly leaning towards FT because of the number of different types of games and easier to use lobby. What say anyone else?

I play @ both FT & PS although I prefer the freeroll players @ FT...@ PS the freerolls seem to be more like lottery-style poker...all in, all in, all in plus I don't get why there are so many peeps 'sitting out'...didn't they just register for the game within the past hr? I did start playing in the PS "Dream Job' freeroll & the field seems to have better quality of player than the std PS freeroll (varied table action than all in, all in, all in).

the good thing is that you can't really go wrong with either site :) cause the general consensus is that pokerstars has a better player pool but because it's so big has more fish...@bazerk: this would explain the lottery thing^^
full tilt poker might have less players but a greater proportion of their players are bad...

I play both. I just play which ever site has the better freerolls atm. Generally it is FT. But, for some reason I run better on PS. I actually got up to $20 of PS but then went on tilt and lost it all. <_< Anyways, I'm back to grinding out freerolls. I don't generally do too badly in them, I at least make the money in most of the private freerolls. But, it's hard to win anything when you just got .20...

I play at both sites, also. Full Tilt being the main of the two. They have
better freerolls and structure.
